Broadening Comfort Zones in Western New York

Earlier this year, the VGM Retail team took a trip to Cheektowaga, NY to visit our friends at Respiratory Services of Western New York. We’ve been helping Respiratory Services of WNY for quite some time with many facets of their operation.

On our latest visit, one of our main focuses was training their customer service employees with our Customer Service and Engagement Training Module. Here’s what Michael J. McCartney, owner and CEO of Respiratory Services of WNY, had to say:

“Since working with VGM Retail and going through their Customer Service and Engagement Training Module, our staff has come out of their comfort zone when working with customers. They helped us learn to truly listen to our customers’ needs, take chances and not to be afraid to sell to them – these products can only benefit their lives.”
