We will: discuss building a menu of associated cash products that must be offered with each third party HME transaction; share marketing and presentation techniques that will make both your customer and customer service staff comfortable with making life enhancing cash product suggestions; share ideas on building a sales process for high-end, non-covered items that we need to make available to clients who may want best quality. Wednesday, Nov. 2 – 4:00 PM to 5:00 PM: Rally Your Team for Incremental Sales Results and Higher Profits

This session is all about the best recruiting, hiring and training techniques needed to create a business culture of selling, delivering great customer service and caretailing all at the same time. In this session we will cover first where to find the right staff and the skill sets to look for to implement a successful cash business. We will discuss appropriate roles and titles and a sample org chart. And then we will show you techniques and the process of training the right people for a flourishing cash business.
